Sad to hear that SHOWstudio has sold its $ sign. During my stint as an intern under the a m a z i n g Ms Penny Martin a while back, I would often look at it in the studio, just lying nonchalantly against a white wall like a supercool supermodel and think to myself "I love this place!" I bet SHOWstudio's shop is happy though, the asking price for the artefact, created in 2003 for a W and SHOWstudio shoot by His Highness Nick Knight, was £7,500. They've also sold the three Simon Costin giant cherries and here they are, in their boxes, waiting to go. Wouldn't it be fun to receive a huge box as a present and open it to find one of these inside?
